The powerhouse behind Dom Jackson, Michelle brings over two decades of sales leadership and entrepreneurial grit to the cannabis space. Before launching her own brand, she led national sales efforts at a major medical cannabis company, driving growth and market penetration across Canada. Now, as founder and CEO of Dom Jackson, she’s channeling that experience into building a woman-led, quality-obsessed craft brand — fuelled by integrity, driven by passion, and just getting started.
